Terms of Service

Dukalink ("Dukalink", "we", "us") provides shop management software that helps small businesses record sales, inventory, customers, suppliers, expenses, and reports. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Dukalink. Questions can be sent to esubalew464@gmail.com.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

If you create logins for your staff, you are responsible for the accounts you issue, the access you grant, and their activity within your shop's workspace. You must ensure that anyone you give access to agrees to follow these Terms.

You retain ownership of the shop, product, customer, supplier, and other data you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content and for having the right to record any information you enter about other people. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription requests are reviewed and activated by our team, and payment is arranged directly with us using the methods we communicate to you. Unless stated otherwise:

• A subscription becomes active once we confirm and approve it.
• Fees are charged for the plan and billing period you select and are payable in advance.
• Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable when a plan is cancelled part-way through a billing period.
• We will give reasonable notice before changing subscription prices.

If a subscription is not renewed or a payment is not completed, access to paid features may be suspended or downgraded.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to access another shop's data or any account that is not yours.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to breach the security of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to store.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Where practical, we will give notice of significant changes.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Dukalink and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you. The Dukalink name and logo may not be used without our permission.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that causes harm. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will handle any remaining data in line with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Dukalink is a record-keeping tool; you are responsible for verifying your own figures and for meeting your tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We do not provide financial, legal, or accounting advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dukalink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
